The client (AG) is the operator and owner of the Berlin power distribution network and the associated network systems. From this, the AG derives the network access and network connection conditions that keep the network safe and reliable for all users at all times. In addition, the AG, in its market role as the measuring point operator, is responsible for counting, measuring and providing the consumption values and for meter management.
1.2. Object of performance
The contractor (AN) must record the meter readings of the electricity meters listed in the contract conditions. These are located in the area of the State of Berlin and belong to private or commercial customers. The electricity meters are installed centrally or decentrally in the respective building.
