the objective of this contract is to have a qualified contractor deliver the maritime terminal operations controller course.


the contractor must conduct all training delivery for the course within one, 4-day work week; monday to thursday or tuesday to friday inclusive;


computer-based access to the internet (world wide web) may not be available at the training location. The contractor must be prepared for this contingency if their course normally requires internet access; and


the contractor must provide the initial course serial during the week of 16 ? 20 september 2019. The contractor must present the first course material to the te 7 days before the start of the course.

1. Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be met:


(a) the bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in part 6 - resulting contract clauses;


(b) the bidder`s proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in part 6 - resulting contract clauses;


(c) the bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;
