Description: The building automation system at the TU Dortmund is being brought up to the state of the art by the BLB NRW in a major migration measure. The existing Desigo Insight management system will be gradually transferred to the new management system of the latest generation, Desigo CC, over a period of two years during ongoing operations. The changeover is being carried out and accompanied by the manufacturer of the management system, Siemens, since all existing buildings of the TU Dortmund University on campus north and south are equipped with Siemens hardware, and retrofitting to a different management system would cause disproportionate costs and also ongoing operations would only be implemented with great difficulty.
In this procedure, the service contract for the management system and the service contract for software maintenance are awarded for a period of 10 years each.
