Tenders are invited for Management Contract for Capacity Building, Operation and Maintenance of Cuanza Sul Water and Sanitation Utility

Restriction: Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 27, 2018 at 11:30 (Local time). Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants”, May 2008 edition, revised July 2012, of the African Development Bank which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org and is open to all eligible Bidders.Bidders may submit bids for one or more contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. However, a bidder will not be allowed to win more than two (2) contracts. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
