Description : The Australian Taxation Office is seeking to enter into arrangements to replace its current Managed Network Services contract. The scope has been split into six market aligned modules. This RFT is for the supply of three service modules: Network Manager Services - the successful supplier will be responsible for the end to end management, monitoring, operation and improvement of all ATO networks. This includes a range of services, such as: operational management of the providers of data carriage and internet connections; provision and management of LAN/WLAN services to at ATO sites and so on. Unified Communications Services - the successful supplier will operate and improve a range of collaboration and other services for the ATO, including: chat, telephony, video, web and audio conferencing, video streaming and the operational management of the providers of PSTN services. ATO has purchased the Cisco product suite as its core UC solution. Contact Centre Services the successful supplier will operate and improve the ATO's Contact Centre technology services which support our interactions with Australian citizens, other government agencies and internally. Services cover all aspects of the ATO contact centre solution portfolio and the operational management of the providers of Inbound Services, Bulk SMS and SIP trunks. Respondents are able to bid for one or more module(s). Other modules being procured through separate arrangements include: Data carriage and internet, Fixed voice and Mobile services.
