main features :
the stipulations of the present contractual clauses are for the management of the service delivery contract for the maintenance of cenergy production units of the chgr by generators. Years 2019 - 2021
quantity or extent:
flat-rate services: the intervention package concerns all the maintenance interventions to be carried out, as defined in the attached technical clauses.-services: in order to face any difficulties not covered by the maintenance package, a slip of unit price, including an hourly rate and a travel package. These interventionss are the subject of a purchase order (service order) before any start of performance of the service. No minimum threshold and with a maximum annual threshold of 20, 000.00 eht for these services concerning possible defective spare parts, the guillaume regnier hospital center may request the establishment of a detailed supply estimate and ask the holder, knowing that he reserves the right to order the parts by his own care, and the installation by the titof this market
