object of the contract : maintenance, compliance, renewal of electromechanical equipment, remote monitoring and supervision of water and sanitation installations place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: entire territory of the cgc main features : the communaute de communes du genevois (ccg) brings together 17 communes and exercises different powers including drinking water, collective and non-collective sanitation. The number of inhabitants on 01 january 2016 is 44, 185 inhabitants. The collective sanitation management is ensured by the community of communes of the genevois in rule on the 17 municipalities of the territory. The cgc takes care of the realization of the public works, their exploitation, their maintenance and their renewal. The management of the drinking water is assured by the community of communes of genevois on the 17 communes of the territory. The cgc takes overall investments. The operation of the structures is either regulated or delegated to a private operator. In addition, the cgc has a structuring drinking water network supplying the reservoirs of all the communes of the cgc. This network and the associated equipment are operated directly.
