Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Other Services for Gas Turbine Power Plant (GTPP).

Gazprom Neft Badra B.V., the Operator of the Development and Production Service Contract for the Badra Contract Area, announces

Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience of implementation of similar by nature to the subject of the Tender projects and which are allowed, by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of registration, to perform works in the Republic of Iraq may participate in the Tender
In order to be eligible to be awarded the Contract, the bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification criteria:

• Bidder has to be able to obtain and to provide required by Operator Bid Bond in the amount of $200, 000.00 (two hundred thousand) US Dollars;

• Bidder shall have at least 2 similar ongoing Maintenance Contracts for Power Plants in Republic of Iraq;

• Bidder shall have a relevant procedures for engineering support in the field of maintenance change and modification (Management of Change)

Availability (or intention to establish) of operating branch office in Iraq that can maintain dose communication with the Operator

• Availability of qualified personnel for work performance, inclusive those of local specialists in Republic of Iraq;

? Accreditation of Quality Management System to ISO 9001, valid ISO 9001 certificate;

? Bidder should have qualified HSE organization structure, certified to IS014000 or OHSAS 18000;

• Bidder-s overall value (turnover) of performed Global Operation and Maintenance projects with Major Oil and Gas production companies as a general contractor during the last five (5) years should be no less than 100 million USD;

• Bidder-s overall value (turnover) of at least two operation / maintenance projects during the last five (5) years performed in Iraq should be no less than 50 million USD.

Note: Tender Documentation will be sent only to the bidders who will sign Confidentiality Agreement with the Operator.

Bids must conform to the requirements of the Tender Documentation. The Operator reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without incurring any liability towards any bidder or bidders, or any obligations to inform any bidder or bidders of the grounds for such actions.

Companies interested in participating in above-mentioned tender may obtain full set of Tender Documentation after submission of a written application (submitted on the letterhead signed by an authorized person) and containing full name of company, mail address, phone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and his e-mail address.
