Tender are invited for maintenance and creation of plastering and carpentry for community buildings

object of the contract : number of the consultation: 19178 maintenance and creation of plastering and carpentry for community buildings place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: buildings of the agglomeration community (see attached list) main features : award of a single market. This framework agreement sets all the conditions for performance of the services.executed as and when the issue of purchase orders issued by the contracting authority and very minority by subsequent contracts. The latter will occur in the case of separate services from a simple addition of prices to the unit price schedule. A simple addition of price will be done, by way of endorsement. The main work to be carried out is as follows: securing buildings in the event of damage, making partitioning of plaster or panel officesof wood, f and p of false ceilings, replacement of windows or doors in pvc or alu. Hardware installation work (door closers, locks, hinges .). Glass replacement. Quantity or extent: number of renewal periods fixed at 3, duration of each renewal period of 1 year, and maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, of 4 years. Total amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement (identical amount for each renewal periodtion): maximum annual ht 500, 000.00 euro (s) the notice implies the establishment of a framework agreement useful information deadline for receipt of offers: 01/22/2020 at 12:00 p.m. Minimum period of validity of offers: 6 months
