Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial portable toilets and dumpsters in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); the solicitation number is W912JD-20-R-0003. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05. The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) has a requirement to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Portable Toilets and dumpsters with services for MEARNG units during Annual Training (AT), Unit Training Assembly (UTA), State Active Duty (SAD) or any other required times.

This requirement is issued under a Total Small Business set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 under NAICS code 562991. The small business size standard is 7.5 Million dollars. Interested vendors must add the applicable NAICS to their System for Award Management (SAM) Representations and Certifications prior to submitting their proposal.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:1. The Contractor shall provide portable toilets and dumpsters as further described in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS).
