Tender Details

Over the last 11 years, the Johnsonville community and Wellington City Council (WCC) has worked together to develop a sport and Community Hub at Alex Moore Park.



The new Alex Moore Park Sport and Community Facility will create a fit-for-purpose, modern, future-proofed facility for the promotion of sport, recreation, and community cohesion in the Johnsonville area.



We are looking for a contractor who has:

• the capability, experience and infrastructure to carry out and complete the Contract Works in accordance with Council`s requirements, including the ability to proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen issues early, in order to avoid, or at least mitigate, the effect of those issues;

• a good track record in the management and implementation of mid-size, new build, construction projects;

• experience involving continuous-flight-auger pile construction and;

• passenger lift installation.



This ROI is an invitation for suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration to be potentially selected for a shortlist of Respondents to proceed to the second step in the procurement process. In the second step, only those shortlisted Respondents may be invited to submit a detailed proposal in response to a Request for Tender (RFT) for the main contractor.
