This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-19-Q-0106.2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019, DPN 20190809 effective 09 Aug 2018, and AFFARSAFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018.3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 423420. A Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 200 EMP. 4. Set-aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside5.
