Description: Espoo Asunnot comprises 15, 186 apartments, 295 residential properties and two (2) service properties. The property stock consists of 1, 186 residential buildings and four (4) service buildings. About 34% of residential buildings date back to the 1950s and 1980s, with the majority being built in the 1990s (46%). Each year, the number of residential properties grows by an average of about three (3) new properties.

This tender is for the selection of three (3) suppliers capable of researching heating, water and sewer systems (LVV) and drainage systems (SO), from whom future condition inspections of pipelines will be commissioned at Espoo Asuntojen's properties. The contract period starts from the signing of the contract and continues until further notice.
