Description : Dear Sir / Madam,
In view of the elaboration of a Methodological Guide and tools for community interventions on the issue of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), UNICEF is launching this present call for proposals for the selection structure / cabinet with the necessary technical skills and resources (material and human) to carry out this service. The provider who will be selectedFollowing this call for proposals will be asked to sign a service contract for a consultation on eleven (11) months from November 2018 to September 2019.
The submission (which will include a separate technical offer and financial offer) will be forwarded by e-mail at: wcarooperations@unicef.org no later than 19 October 2018 at 12:00 (GMT).
