Assignment: Consultancy for Communications /training materials development.

JUSTIFICATION/BACKGROUND

To address the challenges associated with the epidemiological shift towards increasing prevalence of non-communicable diseases and meeting the immediate and short-term health needs of Syrian refugees, as well as fulfilling country's commitment to reach universal health care coverage for all people living in Jordan, the Ministry of Health (MoH) is aiming to modernize the primary health care (PHC) system through the adoption of a family medicine model under its National Health Strategy (2015-2019).
