Long Term-Hotel Service Agreement and 4-5 Star Conference Facilities
The UNDP office in Algeria plans to sign a long-term contract (one year with the possibility of extension up to 3 years) for 4 and 5 star hotel services. These are the services below participants welcome, shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, accommodation, meals, coffee break, conference facilities (secretarial room, work rooms, screen, flipchart, wifi video projector, etc.) indirect services (human and logistical resources necessary for the smooth running of seminars such as the presence of an audio-visual technician, service personnel in the workroom, etc.) Details are to be consulted in the attachment specifications.
