Description : Long-Term Agreements for Management Consultancy Services (Organisational Change Management Services and Finance Services).The aim of this RFP is to establish multiple LTAs for Management Consultancy Services (in the areas of Organisational Change Management Services and Finance Services). LTA Contract duration will be of three years, may be extended for two more one-year periods.The ultimate objective is to streamline the selection process for future consultancy services and to allow for ongoing collaboration between IFAD and the various companies. As soon as a specific business requirement arises, IFAD will issue a mini-tender among LTA vendors, which would outline the scope of each contract and the specific requirements. LTA Vendors will be invited to provide an official proposal outlining the work plan, the core team and other relevant information as outlined in the mini-tender (e.g. cost, methodology, etc.). Vendors are invited to submit a written proposal as set out in the attached instructions (see also document "0.
