Description: The program of the operation provides for the completion of thirteen individual housing (nine type III and four type IV) including seven homes living its age adapted to a senior clientele [home automation: comfort (targets GIR 5 & 6)] . All housing will have an RT2012-20% performance (E2CI).

It is expected an embodiment according to a 2D / 3D process or other to achieve the target objectives (duration of work, energy performance, limitation of nuisances).

The operation will be the subject of a single market.

The expected work is:

- VRD and servicing EU / EP / AEP: three months;

- Flexible networks (elec, lighting, telecom, gas): two months.

Housing construction: four months of prefabrication and six months of work (installation modules, technical finish and VRD connections);
