Short description : On 5 October 2018, the government appointed a public committee which, among other things, shall look at the consequences for workers in aviation as a result of new business models and change in employee engagement. As a basis for the committee's work, the Ministry of Transport and Communications wishes an up-to-date overviewon pay and employment for employees in Norwegian aviation. The Ministry also wishes a comparison between the conditions for Norwegian employees and workers in some relevant other countries.
