Tenders are invited for LNG Storage and Regasification Services at MAA Refinery.

Bid Bond: KD 301, 000/-.

At the request of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), one of the companies of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), bid is solicited for Momarasah no. CA / 4111; LNG Storage and Regasification Services at MAA Refinery, in accordance with the conditions and specifications in the Momarasah documents, These documents can be obtained through the Commercial Web Page (CWP) on our website — (https://esourcing.Knpc.com).

The Bidder shall submit his proposal online not later than 13.00 hours, kuwait time on closing date (06-october-2019). bidder will not be able to upload his proposal beyond aforementioned time on closing date. all documents and certificates required (please refer clause 17, instructions to bidders, part ii, section-1 of (momarasah documents) must be included in the bid documents submitted

through cwp. the proposal should be valid for acceptance up to (90) days after the closing date. the bidder shall submit the bid bond in favor of knpc in an envelope bearing the name, momarasah no. ca/4111 and the closing date. it shall be placed in the box in room no. (1a- 046), first floor, ipc, kuwait national petroleum company, head office ahmadi on or before the closing date as stated in clauses 21, 22 & 23 of “general instructions to bidders- supply of services” available on cwp

this is public momarasah and is not subject to split.

in response to this request for proposal, bidder shall submit their proposal online through knpc-s commercial web page (hereinafter referred as “cwp”). bidders shall comply with “general instructions to bidders-commercial supply of services” which is available on cwp under commercial documents tab. for the user name and password to enter the commercial website, please call 23887793/23887794 /23887792 cwphelp@knpc.com.kw. pre-meeting of the practitioners will be held in conference room 2a-068, the second floor of the company`s main building in ahmadi, at 10:00 am on monday, 9/9/2019, to respond to the practitioners` queries

the higher procurement committee would like to bring to the attention of those bidders who need clarifications regarding the tender documents to submit clarification requests up to a maximum of three weeks prior to the closing date (in accordance with clause 16.5, instructions to bidders, part ii, section-1 of tender documents). any clarification request received during the last three-week period prior to closing date shall be disregarded

the higher purchase committee of kuwait petroleum corporation (kpc) would also like to invite the bidding companies to attend the bid-opening meeting, which will be held at 8:00 am on the sunday following closing date at kuwait national petroleum company head office in al-ahmadi
