Statement of Work SOC R4Page 2 of 5)Complete Life Safety Assessment Statement of Conditions (SOC)1. SCOPE To ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, AR requires a Life Safety Assessment SOC be completed on Buildings 1 (184, 860 SQFT), 2 (38, 105 SQFT), 21 (140, 862 SQFT), 30 (7, 725 SQFT), 31 (7, 176 SQFT), 32 (5, 227 SQFT), and 57 (CBOC located in Springfield, MO) (68, 000 SQFT). Electronic copies of applicable drawings are being furnished by the VA to the Contractor. Hard copies of VA drawings must be at the Contractors expense. Contractor is responsible for verifying all quantities and dimensions. The Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, and related services necessary to perform a life safety SOC assessment in accordance with the latest editions of NFPA 101 and NFPA 99 as well as Joint Commission standards.
