Tender Details

Tender are invited for Provide a turnkey program at no cost to the County. Furnish a tamper-proof stationary heavy gauge metal collection pod and/or container, approx 20 cubic yard capacity that will be placed at on the grounds of the H-MRF. Empty the collection pod on a scheduled and/or on-call basis and provide transportation of all material deposited in the pod or container. Provide collection reports detailing the weight of collected textiles from the main pod and used clothing bins, and compensate Refuse Disposal District #1, on a monthly basis, the contracted amount based on the weight of used textiles. Own, maintain, and insure all collection units. Maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, fresh paint, legible signage and general upkeep to maintain community standards. No third-party advertising will be permitted on any of the containers. Remove the collection units no later than 15 days after the termination of the contract. Provide proof of the attached required insurance provisions.
