ACCOMMODATION

1. Hotel room for Forty (40) participants for Two (2) Nights, October 17-18, 2019 (adequate, comfortable and well ventilated)

MEALS

1. Actual meals must be served on time and should accommodate special dietary requirements (e.g vegetarians, muslims)

2. Meals for Forty (40) pax on October 17, 2019 - Day 1 (Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner)

3. Meals for Forty (40) pax on October 18, 2019 - Day 2 (Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner)

FUNCTION HALL/TRAINING VENUE

1. One (1) Function Hall that can accommodate Forty (40) pax with adequate space, lighting and ventilation for the whole duration of the activity on October 17-18, 2019.

2. Free tarpaulin.

3. Podium and Philippine National Flag.

4. Tables and Chairs for Forty (40) participants.

5. Public address system with standby operator inside the function hall for the whole duration of the activity.

6. Two (2) functional wireless microphone.

7. LCD projector for the whole duration of the activity.

8. White screen for the whole duration of the activity.

9. Extra chairs and tables at the back and outside of the function hall for the registration team and secretariat.

10. Wi-Fi access inside the function hall.

II. Terms and Conditions

A. Submission of Requirements

1. Sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) at Schools Division Office of Palawan, Gov. Salvador P. Socrates Gov-t. Center, Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City.

2. Interested Supplier/s shall submit the following requirements:

a. Letter of Intent to participate on the said procurement;

b. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso. Statement of Compliance must be accomplished by supplier;
