REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) through its Bids and Awards Committee undertake a Small Value Procurement for the LEARNING SERVICE PROVIDER FOR A TRAINING PROGRAM ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR TIEZA, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Description : Course Description
A program that will give an overview on project management
techniques and how to apply them to projects of any size. To understand entire project management process, as well as key project management tools that they can be use in the workplace.
Tasks/ Activities
Organize the workshop which starts from designing a module up to the facilitation of the workshop;
Learning Service Provider and through its trainers will guide participants in the activities, deliver simplified and integrated information for the participants:
1. Define Projects, Project Management and its concepts, principles, tools and techniques;
2. Learn to perform basic project, management tasks including leading status meetings, how to monitor and maintain a project;
3. Perform a project needs assessment & write goals, requirements and deliverables;
4. Build a project schedule, estimating time, costs and resources;
5. Create project planning documents including a schedule, risk management plan & a communication plan, and
6. use planning tools including the Gantt Chart Network Diagram, etc.

Requirements/Specifications
1. Must have current/valid PhilGEPS Registration;
2. Must have 10 years- experience as a training provider;
3. Must have experience in delivery of similar and related training to reputable companies, government agencies, and international organizations;
4. Partnership with internationally-based training companies and certificates issued to participants are internationally recognized;
4. Can conduct training on April 17-19, 2019 (subject to change as per advice of the client)

Delivery Term : Three (3) days activity April 17-19, 2019
Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor-s Permit, Curriculum Vitae, Proof that the bidder has 10 years- experience as training provider, Proof of experience in delivery of similar and related training, Income/Business Tax Return, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached format) duly notarized with attached Secretary-s Certificate (If a partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture) and Price Quotation Form (bidders are required to use the attached) upon submission of proposal. The authorized representative as identified in the Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be the signatory in the proposal/price quotation form.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated above.
Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s.
Sealed Quotation shall be submitted to Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) BAC Secretariat 7th Floor, Tower 1 Double Dragon Plaza, Double Dragon Meridian Park, Macapagal Ave. cor. EDSA Extension, Bay Area, Pasay City on or before March 28, 2019 at 1 PM.
