Leadership and Financial Literacy Training Services for the 2018 Administrative Staff Development and Training Activity (75svp)
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through the Procurement Office (PO), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the "Leadership and Financial Literacy Training for the 2018 Administrative Staff Development and Training Activity" in accordance with Section 53.9 of the IRR of R.A. 9184.
Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor's/Business Permit, BIR Registration (BIR Form 2303), PhilGEPS Registration Certificate.
Submission of quotation and eligibility is on or before 11:00 a.m. of November 15, 2018 at the Procurement Office, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Intramuros, Manila. Open submission may be submitted, manually, through electronic mail at ncdiscaya@plm.edu.ph or through facsimile at telefax no. (02) 528-4592.

1.0 Description:
A training/seminar to enhance the qualities of effective and good leadership by providing valuable insights and leadership skills to improve work performance and to ensure that the needs of men and women are equally addressed.
2.0 Objective:
To give emphasis to the promotion and highlighting equal treatment of men and women in the workplace, specifically in the administration, such as addressing the issue of equal representation of men and women in all aspects of the policy making and decision making process of the organization to ensure that the needs of men and women are equally addressed and women are properly trained in administration and they are well presented in creation of policies and decisions-making process of the University.
