Description : The Lameroo Town Centre Plan project is a main street, open space and public realm masterplan project. This project will identify how this area can be developed into a more actively used and highly valued commercial centre, community meeting space and recreational space.The plan will improve the amenity and functionality of the area to contribute positively to the economic, social, and cultural life of Lameroo. The development of this space into a higher amenity commercial area and improved open space area has the capacity to transform the commercial and community heart of Lameroo.In total the project is a transformative public realm project, it will provide a plan to significantly upgrade this main street precinct, and provide a roadmap for public sector investment over future years.
