The Invitation to Tender File can be obtained from the Ministry of Secondary Education, Department of Financial and Material Resources, Public Procurement Service building "C" door 813, Tel. : 222 23 43 59, upon publication of this Notice, against presentation of a receipt for payment to the Public Treasury of the non-refundable sum of FCFA 75, 000 (seventy-five thousand CFA Francs), representing the costs of purchasing the File.
