The complete Invitation to Tender File in French, can be obtained during working hours from 01 September 2021 from the secretariat of the Execution Unit of the Extension Project of the National Higher Institute of Sciences and Techniques of 'Abéché located at the National Center for Research for Development (CNRD) next to the Public Treasury, BP 6077 N'Djaména, Republic of Chad, Tel. : (+235) 66 29 05 45 - (+235) 99 29 05 45, Email: malloum.soultan@gmail.com, cc: abdelkaderdjidda53@gmail.com, on presentation of the original of the payment receipt or transfer a non-refundable sum of three hundred thousand Francs (300, 000) FCFA, payable to account N ° 6000 0002 37102504301 57 PROJECT ACCOUNT OF PE.INSTA-GOUV opened at Commercial Bank Tchad.
The tenderer will prepare his offer in accordance with the Instructions to the Tenderers and in five (05) copies including (01) one original and four (04) copies bound to the volume presenting the tender model and clearly indicating "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". In the event of discrepancies between the original and the copies, the original will prevail.
The maximum execution time provided by the Client for the realization of the equipment program following each lot is six (6) months from the start notification.
