Description: Labor market service:

The subject of the service is the implementation of a measure for the funding objectives "Establishing process capability" and "Establishing competitiveness".

The primary goal is to introduce them to the training and labor market. Furthermore, through intensive work with the participants, an improvement of the cooperation with the case management should be brought about.

The participants experience intensive socio-educational support, which, in addition to imparting generally binding key qualifications, includes individual coaching. The participants are prepared for the start of a company trial (internships may not exceed a maximum of 6 weeks, even if the company changes).

Participants are employable beneficiaries aged 18-24 years (U25) from the legal system of SGB II;
