Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Kostrolith 4 AK Molecular Sieves of Type 4A for Drying Air.

QTY: 8000 KGS.

Bid Bond: 2400$.

2- Technical and Commercial Offer should be Opened at the Same Time, the Representatives of the Companies can be Attend to Our Company (Mrc) at 10 O-Clock Morning One Day after the Closing Day Stated below in Item (30).
3- Offered Prices should be (Cip) Baghdad/Daura Refinery Warehouse and to be in Us Dollar, Euro, Iraqi Dinar They will be Final Andunreturnable or to Transfer this Amount to Mrc Bank
Account Number (90956) in Rafidan Bank Head Branch Unless the Order is Cancelled by Our Company, the Amount shall be Returned to the Supplier after Submitting an Application by Him.
2- Technical and Commercial Offer should be Opened at the Same Time, the Representatives of the Companies can be Attend to Our Company (Mrc) at 10 O-Clock Morning One Day after the Closing Day Stated below in Item (30).
3- Offered Prices should be (Cip) Baghdad/Daura Refinery Warehouse and to be in Us Dollar, Euro, Iraqi Dinar They will be Final and Nonnegotiable. (Mrc) is not Obliged to Accept the Lowest Prices.
4- Offers (Technical & Commercial) to be Submitted, Separately in Sealed Envelopes, Either Directly at (Mrc) Reception Bureau or Sent by (Dhl). The Requisition Number, the Description and the Closing Date should be Fixed on Both Envelopes. The Validity of the Offer should be Mentioned within the Technical Offer ; Also on the Envelope of the Commercial Offer. Offers Sent by E- Mail will be Neglected.
5- the Validity of the Bid Bond and the Offer should be Mentioned within Both Offers and should not be Less than (120) Days
6- the Offer of Accost More that 20% of the Estimated Cost will be Excluded.

Commission for Tax Contain the Taxes Number and Similar Contracts Achieved, Issued by Concerned
Contracting Sides Enclosed with the Technical Offer before Purchasing the Requisition.
For Non-Iraqi Companies, You must Submit(Provide) One of the following Documents :
