Tenders are invited for Knowledge gathering on health and care services in the Nordic countries
Short description : We are facing a large growth in the number of elderly people in the future. This will result in increased expenses, among other things, for municipal health and care services. More knowledge is needed on how accountability and financing arrangements are arranged in light of these developments. In this context it will be of no useto gain better knowledge of schemes and experiences from comparable countries. Therefore, an assignment is announced to map responsibilities and schemes in the health and care field in Denmark, Sweden and Finland. The assignment includes:needs and between different levels of administration, including different financing and incentive schemes.2) A survey of responsibility, for the development, design and organization of service offerings to the individual in need of health and care services and what responsibility the state in the various Nordic countriesthey have for framework conditions through regulations, financial frameworks and supervisory responsibilities.
