Kirklees Council is looking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver air quality improvements via technological solutions at our signalised junctions within our Air Quality Management Areas.Kirklees recognises that Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), using signal predictability could offer another solution to the use of SCOOT during these of peak periods.
