Furthermore, Minors, Person Under Conservatorship Or Person Under Assistance That Obtained The Consent Necessary For Concluding A Contract May Be Applicable Under Cases Of Special Reasons Within The Said Clause ; (A2) Not Come Under Article 6 Of The Regulation Concerning Contract For Nho ; (A3) Have Grade A, B Or C In "Sales Of Products" For Participating In Tenders By Ministry Of Health, Labour And Welfare (Single Qualification For Every Ministry And Agency) In Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; (A4) Prove To Have Obtained License For Selling A Medical Instrument In Accordance With The Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; (A5) Prove That They Can Deliver The Pharmaceuticals, On The Date And To The Place Specified By The Obligating Officer ; (A6) Meet The Qualification Requirements Which The Obligating Officer May Specify In Accordance With Article 4 Of The Regulation ;
