Tenders are invited for Kalsiumavbildningssystem / Calcium (Ca2 ) imaging system

Short description : Purchase of a complete system to be used for wide-field Ca2 imaging experiments. The experimentation intended to cover this system includes both acute and chronic retrieval / uptake of neuron activity from a large part of the cortex in the head locked mice or rats, both in "behavingnd "and" non-behavioral "paradigms. The acquisition / recording of the Ca2 signals should be coupled / paired with electrical stimulation of cortical areas. The experiments that should be performed with the system should also be able to detect / record field potentials and optogenetic stimulation. This competition eis an offer request under the EEA / EU threshold and falls under FOA Part 1. Due to a limited Norwegian market, in addition to the fact that we have only identified a few potential suppliers, this volunteer is announced on TED.
