Other information : The deadline for submission of bids is 8 days from the date of publication on the Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Serbia, counting the deadline starting from the first day following the day of its publication. Timely bids will be considered as all bids received at the address of the contracting authority no later than 21.08.2018. until 12.00 hrson the last day of the stated deadline, regardless of how they were sent, including the bids sent by mail. The timely offer shall be considered the bid received by the contracting authority after the expiration of the deadline for submission of bids. Untimely bids will be returned unopened to the bidders with n after completion of the bidding procedureAs if they were not late. The right to participate in the public procurement procedure has a bidder who meets the mandatory requirements of Article 75 of the Law on Public Procurement ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 124/2012, 14/2015 and 68/2015). The offer is submitted exclusively form from the tender documentation, personallyor by mail and with all the necessary attachments, within the indicated time limit, in a closed envelope / box in the manner that it is possible to establish for the first time, at the address of the contracting authority, at the opening of tenders: Medical school "DR Andra Jovanović, ul. Cara Dušana br.9 On the front side of the envelope / box of the bidderA beautiful filled out Form (Form 1) with a clearly written name, telephone number and address of the bidder. The Bidder submits the offer personally to the school secretariat or by post. The submission of a bid with variants is not allowed. The bidder may, within the deadline for submitting a bid, amend, supplement or revoke itsbid, in the manner specified for the submission of bids. The bidder who independently submitted the offer can not simultaneously participate in a joint offer or as a subcontractor, nor can the same person participate in several joint bids.
