Request for proposals are invited for Catering and Kitchen Concession at the Jamaica Conference Centre
The JCC also has a dining facility available. The facility on the first floor overlooks the entry plaza and reflecting pool to the north and the
internal garden to the south. It has a seating capacity of 300 persons. The ground floor, adjacent to the internal garden, seats 270 persons.
Private dining can also be arranged in the delegates'dining room, which is air-conditioned and seats 132 persons. Along with the dining
areas there are two (2) kitchens; one on the upper level and one on lower level:
1. Upperfloor kitchen measures approximately 2, 872 square feet
2. Lower floor kitchen measures approximately 2, 500 square feet
APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND GUIDELINES
Applicants are invited to submit offers in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Information Memorandum Document (IMD). The
IMD is available on the UDC's website at www.udcja.com/investments-opportunities, as of December 20, 2021, and also at the address
below between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $3, 500.00 by cash or
Manager's Cheque payable to the Urban Development Corporation.
Proposals should be labelled "Request for Proposal - JCC Kitchen Concession" and addressed to:

SITE VISIT/PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING
A site visit will be held as part of the pre-proposal meeting. The date, time and location for the site visit/pre-proposal meeting are as follows:
• Date: January 5th, 2022
• Time: 200 pm
• Location: 14 -20 Port Royal Street, Kingston
Bidders attending the pre-proposal meeting must notify the Director - Strategic Sourcing & Procurement by email: tenders@udcja.com, no
later than 12:00 p. m. on January 3rd, 2022 of the name and phone numbers of the individual who will attend.
Deadline for Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be Deposited by Thursday, February 3, 2022 No Later than 2:00 p.m., in the Appropriately Labelled Tender Box, Located on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston Mall. Proposals Submitted after this Time and Date will be Automatically Rejected.
Opening of Proposals
The Opening of Proposals will Commence at 2:15 p.m. On the Same Day (Thursday, February 3, 2022) on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building.
