1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Directors for 2019 intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (PhP4, 224, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 11, 360 bundles Clear Plastic Jacket for Savings, Signature Card and 10, 400 reams Whitewove Paper Mimeo/LBP-HOBAC-ITB-GS-20200313-01. Bids received in excess of the above ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LANDBANK now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 11, 360 bundles Clear Plastic Jacket for Savings, Signature Card and 10, 400 reams Whitewove Paper Mimeo. Delivery period is indicated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.



Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to R.A. 5183.

6. The LANDBANK will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 10, 2020 starting at 2:00 P.M., at the Bidding Room, 25th Floor, LANDBANK Plaza Building, 1598 M.H. Del Pilar corner Dr. J. Quintos Streets, Malate, Manila, which shall be open to prospective bidders. Bidders are prohibited from recording (audio or video) the proceedings of the pre-bid conference.



For new bidders, a briefing on the salient provisions of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184 will be conducted on July 10, 2020 - 1:30 P.M. at the same address above.
