Rehabilitation of Disaster-Related Infrastructure and other Facilities - Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Upgrading of Damaged Paved Roads - Primary Roads, Manila North Road, Provinces of Pampanga and Bulacan, Contract ID No. 22C00125.

1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2022 - RA 11639 Special Purpose Fund 2022 Current intends to apply the sum of P192, 998, 547.61 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for above-named project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Regional Office III through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
