Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Various Agricultural Supplies

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the National Expenditures Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱ 1, 677, 650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Agricultural Supplies with the identification number of ITB 2022-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
