Tender Details

Tender are invited for Water plant facilities including but not limited to : mechanical repairs and improvements to above grade and shallow ( 4') buried process piping of various materials such as PVC, stainless steel, fiberglass, polyethylene, tubing, chemical containment pipe, etc; above grade and shallow ( 4') buried valve replacements and new valve installations of various types such as ball valves, check valves, butterfly valves, etc; and other repairs and improvements as may be requested in non-emergency, and emergency situations, and hurricane preparatory and recovery situations on an hourly basis for the provision of labor and tools; in place chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes; in place cleaning and passivating of exposed stainless steel (SS) pipe and equipment; troubleshooting and repair of RO and NF membrane systems including but not limited to pressure vessel leaks, instrumentation, sample panels, instrument panels, etc. Materials under this contract may be procured directly by the
Owner, or Contractor may be requested to provide price proposals for materials based on specific work scopes, unless otherwise stated in the Bid Documents. Contractor shall make crews available to perform non-emergency work within a reasonable time of
Owner's request. Crews for emergency work shall be made available immediately upon
Owner's request.




Notes : The initial term of this continuing services contract is two calendar years. Provisions for contract renewals for one additional two year term and one additional one year term are provided for in this contract.
