Tender Details

Tender are invited for Improving solid waste management and income creation in host communities. Work includes : Earthworks : Earthworks will include Levelling excavation for yards and buildings, footing excavation and backfill with passing material resulting from excavation and base course. Structural Works : This will include plain concrete and reinforced concrete works for footings and ground beams, columns, walls, stairs, slabs and beams, retaining walls, steel structure. Etc. Finishing works : Block walls, plastering, paint, tiling, doors and windows, roof insulation. Etc. Electrical works : This will include wiring/cabling, distribution boards, isolators, lighting units, earthling systems, sockets, transformer and telephone sockets. Etc. Mechanical works : This will include rain water gutters, sanitary units, washing units, water supply, sewage lines, holding tank, ACs and exhaust fans...etc. Supply and maintain temporary offices for UNDP staff : Supply two sandwich panel prefabs of 3.5 x 6.5 m one that includes 2 offices, kitchenet and toilet, and the second with meeting room and a toilet, with furniture; desks, meeting table, cabinets, offices, chairs, A3 ( laser Printer/Scanner/Copier), ACs, internet WI-FI connection as requested by UNDP engineers including providing and maintaining electricity & water supply and sewage water disposal, and cleaning offices and toilet on daily basis with no extra cost, as this shall be assumed to be covered.
