Tender Details

New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is currently undertaking a Change Transformation Project (CTP) with the aim to:

- Improving capability

- Improving capacity

- Professionalising the practice

- Embedding a high performance culture



The CTP has identified the need for IT Service Management and IT Service Costing solutions.



The project seeks feedback from organisations and input and costing information on both IT Service Costing (ITSC) solutions

And an IT Service Management (ITSM) Solution to inform a planned Request For Proposal (RFP) process at a later date.



The information requested is intended to answer three key questions:



a. Which solutions are available that meet our requirements?

b. What are the indicative implementation and on-going costs for these solutions?

c. Which suppliers are able to respond to these requirements?
