Description: The services in the area of the network of specialist applications include regular administrative work on the network components as well as planning activities for the network and monitoring of network operations. During the binding period, a requirement of 200 person days per year is initially assumed (see chapter 4.3 of the service description), which can be reduced in the two optional years.
The type of network components, their quantities and manufacturer names are communicated in a separate document as part of the second stage of the tender. There are currently around 70 VLANs and around 200 virtual servers.
The use of the ITSM ticket system is essential for the work. The contractor's people work ticket-based and document their activities in the ITSM system on a daily basis. The tickets are created and prioritized by members of the specialist department.
