Title of procurement : IT funding for the Tartu Vocational Education Center

Short description of the procurement : the tender must be submitted under the conditions set out in the tender specifications. each contract shall be awarded framework contracts with up to three successful tenderers, and the relevant contract shall be awarded to a single successful tenderer in the framework of a mini-tender under this contract. the tenderer shall submit the frames of the present contracts for the relevant tender, for the award of the framework contract price and for the participation in the first mini-tender, the price specified by the contracting authority for the mini-tender (the mini-tender price form is available in a separate file on the tenders will be evaluated economically sbased on the lowest bid. in the event of a tie, the successful tenderer shall give priority to the tenderer who first submitted the tender by the date and time set out in the public procurement register. all offers are confidentialsocial.
