All the services covered by the framework agreement are detailed in the particular technical clauses booklet (c.c.t.p.). Quantity or extent: it is a framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders in application of articles r.2162-1 and following and r.2162-13 ofdecree no2018-1075 of december 3, 2018, without minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of 9000 euros ht.ces services are carried out in the context of work or removal necessitating the removal of computer hardware. The holder undertakes, through qualified personnel, to master and execute all the services necessary for the execution of the framework agreement, namely: - the disconnection of computer hardware - the removal of computer equipmentwithin the same site or between different sites of the organization; - external cleaning of computer equipment; - reconnection of computer equipment. The initial duration of the contract is 12 months, renewable twice, within the limit of one total duration of 36 months.
