The Barangay Government of Ambugat, Burgos, Ilocos Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bids for the hereunder contract:

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project with a value of at least 50% of the ABC.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Prospective Bidders should be registered with the PhilGEPS at www.philgeps.gov.ph.
Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
The schedule of BAC activities are as follows:
1. Issuance of Bid Documents | June 15 - July 3, 2019
2. Pre-Bid Conference | June 21, 2019, 9:00 AM, BAC Office, Brgy. Hall
3. Opening of Bids | July 3, 2019, 9:00 AM, BAC Office, Brgy.. Hall
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders at the Office of the BAC Secretariat for PhP500.00. A non-refundable bidder-s fee in the amount of PhP300.00 shall also be paid to the Barangay Treasurer, Ambugat, Burgos, Ilocos Sur not later than the Opening of Bids.
Bids must be delivered to the BAC Office, Barangay Hall, Ambugat, Burgos, Ilocos Sur on or before the Opening of Bids. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount stated in the ITB Clause 18. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids shall not be accepted.
The Barangay Government of Ambugat, Burgos, Ilocos Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
