The Department of Public Works and Highways-Bohol 3rd District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods, invites suppliers to submit bids for the following Contract:

Brief Description of Goods to be Procured: Purchase/Rental of Service Vehicle for use in Road Right of Way of Planning and Design Section.

Delivery Date of Goods/Contract Duration of Service: January 20, 2019/10 Calendar Days



1.Bidding will be conducted through open-sealed canvass criterion for at least three (3) suppliers of known qualifications, as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty

percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
