Invitation to Rebidding (Itb-18-0009)-Supply of Labor & Materials for the Proposed Local Access Road at T. Sulit Street and Martirez Del -96, Brgy Martirez Pateros Metro Manila.

1.The MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS through the 2018 Assistance to Municipalities intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY SIX PESOS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (PhP 6, 152, 426.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-mentioned procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.The MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS now invites contractor for the SUPPLY OF LABOR & MATERIALS FOR THE PROPOSED LOCAL ACCESS ROAD AT T. SULIT STREET AND MARTIREZ DEL -96, BRGY MARTIREZ PATEROS METRO MANILA. Delivery of work is required to be completed within 150 Calendar Days upon issuance of NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.



Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.



4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC OFFICE, 5th Floor, Municipal Hall, Pateros, Metro Manila and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from August 9-29, 2018 from 8:00 to 4:00 p.m.



5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10, 000.00) on August 9-29, 2018 from 8:00-4:00 p.m.



6.Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on August 17, 2 pm. at the Conference Room, 3rd floor, Municipal Hall.



7All bids should be place on the BID BOX located at the CONFERENCE ROOM, 3/F, MUNICIPAL HALL, PATEROS, METRO MANILA on August 29, 2018, not later than 2 p.m.



8.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CASH OR MANAGER-S CHECK PAYABLE TO MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS and in the amount stated in ITB Clause.



Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.



Bids shall be opened on August 29, 2018 @ 2:30 pm at the Conference Room, 3/F, Municipal Hall, Pateros, Metro Manila.



9.The MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS THRU BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
