The Forestry Department now invites bids from eligible and qualified contractors, registered in the category of Safety & Security Service specializing in guard service to provide security guard services at the Forestry Department, 173 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8.
Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Letter and must be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) formerly National Contracts Commission (NCC) at the time of bid submission.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed information from the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) Platform at www.gojep.gov.jm and request for clarification should be sent via the same platform. The “two-envelope” bidding system is being used. Therefore, the technical and financial proposals must be uploaded as separate files and clearly labelled. At no time must the bid price be disclosed in the technical proposal.
