Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office starting January 20, 2020. Bid/tender documents may be secured by interested bidders from the above-mentioned office starting January 20 until January 27, 2020 (AM only) upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the form of Cash or Cashier-s/Manager-s Check payable to the City Government of Davao - Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
